Right Hand

Heads up!

The exact placement of words like 'jutro' can vary. For example:

  • Is he going to town tomorrow? - Czy on jutro idzie do miasta?
  • Is he going to town tomorrow? - Czy on idzie do miasta jutro?

This is similar to the English where we might say "tomorrow are you going to town?" or "are you going to town tomorrow?".

For practice exercises stick with the literal translation. As you speak and listen to more Polish the right place to drop the point in time within a sentence will come to you naturally.
