1. Refund Eligibility Window

Automatic Renewals: You may request a refund within 72 hours of an automatic charge if you intended to cancel.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds are typically granted if:

The service was not delivered as promised or is misrepresented.
A confirmed technical bug prevents core usage and cannot be resolved by our support team.
You were accidentally double-billed due to a system error.

3. Ineligible Scenarios

We do not offer refunds if:

The request is made after the eligibility window has closed.
Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, login to your profile area and raise a ticket with:

Your Invoice/Order ID.
A brief explanation of the reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local laws, such as the EU 14-day cooling-off period.
