You are

Skąd jesteś is made up of two words which mean:

• skąd - from where
• jesteś - you are

So if you know how to say 'you are' you can already say many phrases such as:

• Gdzie jesteś? - Where are you?
• Czy jesteś Bob? - Are you Bob?
