Robić

We've seen a number of Polish words that can have more than one meaning such as 'nie' meaning 'no' and 'not':

• Nie, to nie jest dobry - No it's not good

'robić' is another. It can mean 'to do' or 'to make'.

• lubię robić śniadanie - I like to make breakfast

We'll cover this second use later in the course but if you are listening to Polish at the moment you might hear it in both contexts.
