Yes, you have probably already spotted it. The endings of 'Newer' change depending on the gender of the noun just as we did it for 'New' and 'Old'

- Nowsza wersja - Newer version
- Nowsze miasto - Newer town
Model / Wersja
As with English these words are fairly interchangeable so you will hear both when people talk about cars, smartphones, laptops, etc.
