Are you?
Do you remember how we changed statements into questions just by adding Czy to the front of the statement:
- To jest dobry telefon - It is a good telephone
- Czy to jest dobry telefon? - Is it a good telephone?
This is true right through the Polish language so if we want to change a 'you are' statement to a 'are you?' question we just add 'czy' to the front of the statement:
- Jesteś z Australii - You are from Australia
- Czy jesteś z Australii? - Are you from Australia?
