am ending verbs
We now know a lot of verbs where the 'I form' ends 'am'
- Polecam - I recommend
- Mam - I have
- etc.
With these verbs we can always get to other forms by following the same pattern:
- The 'you informal' form - replace the last 'm' with 'sz' - Masz
- The 'he/she/it' form - remove the last 'm' - On ma
- The 'we' form - add a 'y' - Mamy
Practice mentally going through these changes from any start point. For example:
Szuka -> Szukamy -> Szukasz -> szukam
Znam -> Znasz -> Zna -> Znamy
