Adjective Endings
We've already seen in a previous class that nouns can cause the endings of Adjectives (words which describe things) to change:
- To jest dobry film - It is a good film
- To jest dobra książka - It is a good book
Because kziażka is a feminine noun (it ends in an 'a') this means 'dobry' (the adjective) has to end in an 'a'.
These changes apply to all adjectives.
- To jest nowy smartfon - It is a new smartphone
- To jest nowa torba - It is a new bag
